VLO is infringing GERS corn oil patents. The green diamond venture uses corn oil extracted in an illegal manner by infringing on patented technology owned by GS Cleantech (GERS). VLO purchased equipment from ICM to extract corn oil. ICM is losing badly to GERS as GERS is currently suing the #$%$ out of them. VLO practices and infringes GERS' method patents with the equipment. ICM is currently facing summary judgement along with injunctions that could shut VLO's illegal activities down. GERS is currently suing ICM and may soon expand the litigation against VLO directly, similar to what happened to PEIX.

Strong Sell on Patent Infringing VLO...
I have an email from VLO that states the AOS extracts oil from a different stream than GERS' patents. The courts have since ruled against VLO's reasoning for infringement by calling this stream mostly oil containing water and solids. In essence, the information I got from VLO has been ruled against as false by the judge in this case. The oil stream and emulsion stream are the same thing. VLO illegal thievery of GERS patented technogy will end with an injunction or a license with GERS. GERS already has SXL and MPC as well as GPRE, BIOF, ANDE and many more under license.
