Four-week average demand for all refined oil fuels in the United States rose to its highest level in more than five years last week, weekly data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration showed on Wednesday.
Product demand stood at 20.27 million barrels-per-day in the week to Nov. 15, the highest level since August 2008, the data showed.
The largest demand was for distillates, where consumption rose to 4.2 million bpd last week, the highest level since November 2011.
AH what are you paying for diesel? Here it has been at a premium for quite some time... my tractors use diesel, cars and truck uses gas, but I have been paying around 3.85 for diesel while gas was down to under 3 a couple weeks ago, saw 3.13 today I think didn't catch the diesel price...
