Hrg is 90% owned by funds controlled by Falcone. ..They now have sold 20% or more. ..So heres the news common holders will be going,, without much say,,, along with this venture that is planned to get more shares in the public market...Now we or on the pass line hoping the odds will get the stock moving and back to the 10 range...The key issue... is the above the real reason. They have a investment bank lined up and probably players will jump on the sale price..Hrg is not taking the proceeds ,so this is going to be a wild ride..Ill roll em with the F man. Dont like the haircut but this deal may raise some funds for his group to buy a sweet venture.. Roll em
This isn't about having institutions pick up shares and hold on to them. This is about INCREASING LIQUIDITY IN THE STOCK. The stock's daily volume was so low. This method increases liquidity without diluting shares.
