Short volume increased by a lot 60% of the volume is short volume. The shorts are propping up for the super dump. Careful everyone.

That's very good news. High short interest + low float + an endless catalyst stream = higher SP.

You see, they have to buy to cover. I love it.

    • I'll be the first to admit that I'm am not an expert on Shorting strategies, but it seems to me the Shorts have dug themselves into a deeper hole; by selling over 500,000 new shares into the upward momentun. I assume they were trying to peg the Osiris share price to keep it under $10. Without that Short selling the Osiris share price would have popped a couple more dollars.

The Shorts are counting on the buying pressure to ease up in a few days and then they can use their 100 share strategy to stair step the price down enough to cover. In my opinion, that is bad strategy this time, because Osiris is about to release historic groundbreaking news for Acute Myocardial Infarction Prochymal (AMI, heart attack) phase II results. And, there is the looming overhang of a new big pharma collaboration and there us the Russell 2000 small cap re-balance this Friday.

Osiris could easily spike $2 or $3 more dollars in the coming week.

    • question is how much of the shorts from Friday already covered? this stock was heavily daytraded and will again be daytraded come Monday. GLTA

You have no idea what yer talking about. At very least, go check historical trading volumes.

(This stock is not heavily day-traded; it has not been heavily in any respect - Historical volumes have always been low.)

Message boards can be so annoying, as dilettantes gravitate towards new momentum, making ominous pronouncements to support superstitious trading. But then, it's all in the game.

      • Doesn't matter what happens Monday or for any other short term time period...long term...Osiris is triple digits. Same logic for those who wring their hands over an $8 share price or a $10 share price...what difference would that make when the share price hits $20 or $80 or $100.

Due Diligence makes these types of decisions a lot easier! It looks like double digit twentys by the end of the year...triple digits coming within two years...Osiris is "On Sale" now!

    • Shorts put a lot more capital at risk to hold the price at $9.18. Ultimately buyers at higher prices as the stream of news, recognition, revenues, stem cell cache and approvals continue.

More shorting will allow wounded shorts to be replaced by those still naive. And so on. And if the price tumbles watch how brief it is as others rush in to participate in this truly revolutionary transformation of health care possibilities.

Low float, high product interest, diverse products, patents, insider ownership(65%), increasing revenues with limitless possibilities, cache, multiple Phase III's, and as a throw in SAVES LIVES and is woefully undervalued.

Sound like a BUY to me.

Targets: $11.50, $14, $20 and $29. After this ask Ozark.
