If SPEX' technology was worth something to someone, a serious buyer would already have materialized, unless, as suggested elsewhere, the insiders want to bankrupt the company to enable to get it for next to nothing and then sell it to someone and completely shut out the shareholders. SPEX is worth one thing: a tax-loss write-off on your taxes!

Having sold off Claire and her consulting business, literally, for pennies....SPEX has no income. Any long-shot tagaose sales would be years away and would cost way more money then SPEX could ever raise.. SPEX will be reverse-merged into some smaller company by the new financial engineering directors recently added to SPEX's board. And if that new partner is not bio-related, they will probably dump all the tagatose related rights and properties as well.....we are in the 9th inning of this long, miserable game....
