    Stock dividend?

FNF has been paying a stock dividend a few times in the past. Has anyone here can tell me how much it paid the last time and if the practice is part of the board policy.

Thank you guys. Thinking of adding this one to my portfolio. I like the valuation.

    • Typically, FNF has paid a 10 cent/share cash dividend each quarter. The last stock dividend was a 10% stock dividend (I think that is an 11 for 10 stock split). As I recall, that stock dividend was declared in July and effective in August 2001. The price of the stock at that time, as I recall, was about where it is today. I don't anticipate another stock dividend for some time now unless the stock starts to make a strong move above 30.
