    What am I missing here?

What explains the big drop in this stock? I'm tempted to buy more - but I've got to be missing something significant in the story that's caused the stock to tank over the past month.

    1. Fear of outsized title claims? (A lot of bad news has to be built into the price at this level.)
    2. Equity dilution? (but they were able to sell a lot of shares within the last month at close to $20.)
    3. Further deterioration in the industry? (but FNF just picked over the bones of the number two player....)
    4. Recent bad earnings report? (Underneath the acquisition digestion costs, the results were not bad, IMO)
    5. Ratings downgrade? (Material impact on borrowing costs? Doesn't seem like that big of a deal...)
    6. Insiders aren't buying at these levels (And they were very quick to issue more shares when the stock cleared $20...)
    7. Is the regulatory BS in California raising its ugly head again?

Maybe the stock is simply a buy.
