    CHUX Acquisition?

FNF wants to purchase the revenue that CHUX represents on the cheap.

FNF pays $200M+ for the majority share in CHUX and the $1.4B in revenue is all of a sudden reporting on FNF's books. Then FNF is a $6B company and climbs into top 250 of Fortune and into the S&P 500 Index. Stock bumps to $22 a share.

Foley and Co. are good at cleaning up lousy back office work and realizing the benefits of synergies by combining it with ABRH margins/mgment team.

    That is the idea...

    • Study the Carl Jrs/Hardees fiasco that Foley was involved with. Proved without a doubt that the metrics that work in the insurance business do not apply in the restaurant industry. The real risk is that CHUX will result in good #'s (I think it will especially with cost cutting) and then they start making even bigger acquisitions and that's where the risk of error increases exponentially. Also might want to look at FNF's acquisition of Ceridian....Foley and his private equity partners thought that everything they touched turned to gold and then they paid a ridiculously high price for a company that continues to lose $.

    • FNF has a lot of cash and they really can't get any bigger as a title company. They have to diversify although I wonder about this particular choice.
