So...let me get this striahgt. Just as LPS is going through all of its legal battles with state AG's, FNF is now going to start interpreting state statute, neogtiating and taking on HOA attorneys...? Sounds like potential unauthorized practice of law and sounds like a bad business decision. IMHO.
