    • BLAM! I called it spot on. Whatever happened to that goofy freak saablord? I wish he could come back and warn us about shorting this stock.

    • Come back and tell us how dangerous this short is saablord.

    • Either you lost your ass(doubt that you are even in the market), or you spewed some silly nonsense about the danger of shorting a homebuilder and made yourself look like an idiiot.

      Which is it?

    • Dude. The Unabomber writes more coherently than you. I don't even know WTF that last post means.

    • Do you know how Warren Buffet aquired Dairy Queen?

    • Ok, I'll bite. I was not on yahoo when I made the money on MTH and RICK that allowed me to buy an 800 sq ft condo for my adult sons. Twenty per cent down on a condo that was selling for 110k 4 moths before. I paid 88.2k. It is now worth 78k. Zip code 85051. I sold my MTH and RICK in the Fall of 2007 and bought the condo. Some things are more important than money. I have raised three good kids by myself since their mother left in 1988. Christopher was 11 months old when his mother left us. He just turned 21 on the 9th. Joe turned 24 on the 19th and their sister who lives with her mother in Minnesota will be 27 on October 3rd. My sons are happy with their condo, my daughter is currently delinquent on a 10/40 year interest only mortgage. I tried to warn her. I don't like to see misery. She did not listen and is now part of the subprime mess.
Does Warren Buffet short? I have never heard of him shorting like some hedgie. If it is cheap buy it. If it gets cheaper buy more? How stupid is that?
Why don't you take out your anger on me? I twisted your arm behind your back and forced you to short MTH. I'm half tempted to give you my phone number so that I can record the death threat.
Here now let me play pumper. LOL LOL LOL LOL LMAOOTF. SHORTS ARE STOOOOOOOOOOPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In truth you may be right. MTH does seem to be overbought.

      Can you be sure?

If you lose money shorting this homebuilder just blame me. I have the power to change the pps at a whim. I am the lord god emperor of MTH. My will determines the destiny of millions! I am the mightiest pumper that has ever lived! The Lord of hosts speaks to me daily! Some angels are thumbs down, some angels are thumbs up. Some angels are nuetral.

You know this is a silly game. The balance sheet and cash flow are better topics. If this sucker turns a nickle profit next quarter......
BTW, I don't like Warren Buffet. I prefer Peter Lynch as a model. This is a risky and fun place to be. GF yourself if you don't have any risk tolerence or if you think you are the smartest in the room. I know that I am not.

    • No Warren Buffet. You were not even in this stock from $9-$14 according to your previous posts.

The only thing I think you are "responsible" for is a bunch of gibberish posts about shorting.

    • I get it now. You have decided I am personally responsible for the price of this stock. At least with hb shorty I could discuss the balance sheet. Good luck making money by calling people dumbass and praying for misery. Good luck. Goodbye.

    • Your previous posts don't indicate you were even in the stock from 9-14.

I am going to go out on a limb here and guess that the only involvement you have in MTH at all is pumping here on this board.

Why, I don't know. A PHD in a psychology could do a thesis on your posts and probably still never understand what you are trying to accomplish.

    • Thanks for the prayer concerning my ass too.
