We need less housing tracts, not more

There are already too many of them for average folks. I believe mega corp housing is dead and should stay dead. We need clean air, clean water, clean energy and transportation and food. There are already more than enough houses to go around. Let the prices adjust on their own. The lobbyists for the megacorp homebuilders and real estate developers are grabbing the cash and flapping their lips. First McConnel wants to send everybody into the mercury pit to dig up coal, now he wants to wants to dig up the dead. Just another bum political hack on the take.

    • It may be dead in the near term but long term there will be the need for production housing. If all goes as planned and we create the North American Union our population growth will be staggering. A decade away but there is no way the smaller builders etc could ever hope to keep up with the demand. Look no further than the production builder to lobby to Congress them being the only people who can ensure that Green building will be done correctly and meet the needs of our nations future, The fallacy of it all is that the green house emissions created encompassing all stages of construction and the manufacturing of products is terrible. It's all about the dollars and nothing more.
