..and with the Starbucks business, CRMB has 2 quarters to impress with revenue growth, and then issue maybe 1 million shares at $8-15 per share for $8-15 million in cash to open "In 2013, Crumbs anticipates opening as many as 25 stores."
So, 2 good quarters of revenue growth, and then a small dilution of 1 million shares in about 6 months - sounds great to me. At $15 per share we are talking about only around a $75 million market cap!
