NOR was just recommended by my Forbes newsletter. Their stock picks have been doing very well lately so I just purchased 4000 shares at 4.82. I don't see any support on the lowside which makes me cautious. Interested in any opinions (long and short) from long-term NOR folks.
Short term will be volatile. Long term I can't see how it won't recover.
CEO and Director purchased a combined 30,000 shares yesterday. When was the last time you saw the CEO purchasing shares? His 20,000 increased his holdings from 218,000 to 238,000 shares.
I like when the CEO buys - especially when he doesn't usually buy. I like it after the stock has fallen a significant amount and I can get it for a big discount to what it traded for just a week or two ago. I like it when you have a real company with a real product with real sales and profit. The dividend is just icing on the cake - a teaser to keep you at the table while the stock price recovers.
You're stronger than me purchasing 4000 shares when you did. I purchased some today, but not as much as I'd like - want to have some dry powder in case it goes lower before higher.
Longer-term it really won't make a difference - we'll both make lots of money.
