it's IBM a true Blue chip vs messy fossil energy PGH --- to make your point??
Your most welcome to go with the blue chip, and bravo for your choice, but let's at least consider..
For 200 bucks a share, vs 5 back from 4.
Do you wonder which will double earnings,or share price first from here?
I don't think this we see 6 for a while because this company's story is not compelling to the "Mad Money" crowd simply because this IS NOT a fast money play. This is the "Tortoise", not the hare. Which suits me just fine because those steady dividends will be getting reinvested at a lower cost over the next few years. Then we'll have the next 25 years of exceptional Lindberg infused dividends to get fat, dumb and happy while watching all them silly rabbits falling for the same old trix.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
doc - this is not correct - there r numerous energy stocks doing just fine - this company has been growing negatively (cutting div, selling assets.....) - investors do not pay for this type of performance! further, one quarter is not sufficient to convince the streeet that we r on the right track; finally, why should the street have any confidence that they can deliver value trying to implement new technology, based on historical performance?? IMHO, we have average management at best.
It looks that the 4 cents divvy could last at least for this calendar year. By mid 2014 the Linburg project would become more visible. Revenues continue to decline owing to decrease in operational properties sold though. It is a cliff hanger. Do or Die!
