Balto, clearly, you should let your mommy handle your investments if you think any company that has lost 85% of its value since 2006 is a worthy investment. Turnaround play? No way and in the meantime there are dozens of energy-related plays that have outperformed this loser.
The reserves announcement is always a good one day story but reality is they have to pay how much to get at those reserves which if that underestimated has historically meant more difficult to get to..... answer to question: Unknown future costs to explore and produce.
