I'm primarily after the capital gains. See my post dated 6 Feb.AYR is paying out over 100% of its earnings (a big chunk of this is "return of capital").AER pays no dividend and reinvests all cash flow back into growing the firm.
AND AYR announced a dividend reduction today and the stock is off 10% this morning. That's why...
AYR reduces quarterly from $0.70 to $0.25 per share. No more 19% yield!!!
