The problem is that the secondary is dilutive at about 8% of the total number of shares. 8% down from $24 is about $22, which is just above support at $21.79.
There is no dilution from the secondary. The shares sold were already in the share count.
do your DD counselor it's not dilutive
It is not dilutive. Same number of shares exist today as existed yesterday. The shares are now in different hands.
