The leader not the leader! Dayz, oh no!

So you have nothing to learn from independent sales data? OK. I hear anger and depression follow the denial stage.

    • Oops, accidentally posted that twice. I was too busy watching TTWO up 10.6% and ERTS up 0.6% to pay close attention to the message board. Must be pure coincidence after that weekly sales data came out!!

Say what huh? Boy, that sure didn't last long. Do you call Presidential races during the primaries too?

      • Oh Rab, what are you trying to say?

I told you before that I have no problem with ERTS sharing the limelights with the others. The pie is big enough for everyone to have a piece and eat it too.

The more pertinent question is how long the smaller players can afford to make mistakes and still able to survive..... I'm predicting that once the installed base is firmed up, there will be no more than 5 biggest players left in the market: Sony, Nintendo, MSFT, Activision, and of course, ERTS. MSFT and EA are probably looking to acquire a few. And the rest will be crumbs for the sharks. :-)

Rab, are you hyping TTWO now because there's nothing positive to say about Sega? I thought Take-Two was Spec's baby but it looks like you jumped in the bandwagon too.

        Live well and prosper! ;-)
