"Okay, so you're a software engineer/developer who attended E3 and wrote reports covering not only your company but several individual companies. I'm totally clear on this now! ;-)"
Who said I covered my own company? :-)
It started 2-3 years ago, I forget. As a courtesy to the board members who couldn't go I did my own write-ups. I'm sure you're aware the gaming press is more concerned about individual games than a publicly traded companies line-up and competition, which is more my interest since this sector is almost all my investing and trading.
I haven't followed tlo's board so I don't know where to start. Will try it later.

LOL! OK I'll try again... I'm an engineer with many years experience, working on a GameCube game, and only have one job. It has nothing to do with TTWO. I posted the E3 reports on tlo's board and the individual company ones on AKLM, ERTS and TTWO on those boards, which I frequent. If someone wants to use my handle on other domains I can't very well stop them, though I'd say it's rather sad that someone would steal a handle like that.
"I saw a slew of posts inquiring whether you're with TTWO or gamer.com. And I thought you were working for Nintendo. Are your E3 reports published anywhere?"
They spend more time attacking the messenger than discussing the message. Some of them are upset because I predicted a couple of their titles not showing at E3, and I predicted Metroid being Game of Show :-) There's no rational reason to believe I'm not in game development, or that I'm with TTWO.
Yeah, but didn't you say EA's P/E was already much higher than TTWO's?
Watch closely now, ERTS is about to go to 69. Drac's been pretty accurate on his calls. His 63-target hit sooner than I was prepared for.

"I think EIDOS looks good . . . a turn-around play by going to back to the core ASSet Lara Croft (double-pun intended). They've also made the wise move of moving titles onto the consoles . . . for example, Hitman 2 will be on the PS2, xbox & PC. Timesplitters 2 will be on all 3 major console platforms. Plus Deus Ex 2, Fear Effect, etc."
Good points. Hitman 2 won't do much because of the strength of the competition plus it doesn't seem to have a major "hook" that consumers are interested in. JMO. But TimeSplitters 2 on PS2 looked incredible and was fun, it should do well. Tomb Raider should do OK but they didn't have much to show at E3. The biggest problem I have with EIDSY for trading is the inredibly low volume.
I did mention Sega re their EA Sports, and Panzer Dragoon was one of the two best exclusive XBox titles. And the Beach Spikers game looked nice too :-) The E3 reports I wrote up focused on the companies we can easily trade here in the US.
