It's absolutely amazing to me that nobody, and I mean NOBODY, is sounding the alarms! The fact is, the DOW and the S&P 500, are trading where they were 7 years ago. 7 YEARS!!!! No price appreciation for 7 straight years!!!! How does that look in your retirement account? I wonder if there has been any inflation in the last 7 years? Let's see. Gas has more than doubled; oil the same; food up; housing up; insurance up; state and local taxes up. But my retirement account is where it was over 7 years ago. These are the good times? These are the good ole' days?
Your B.S. is no more than that. B.S. If you have conducted that many trades in 7 years, and it would take 20 POUNDS of paperwork to include it all, you would have been eaten alive by fees and comissions. I know what 20 pounds of paper equals, and it ain't 400% profits.
>>But my retirement account is where it was over 7 years ago. These are the good times? These are the good ole' days?<<Wow, it sucks being you. My retirement account is roughly 400% higher than it was 7 years ago. In another 8 or so I'll be ready to go fishing full-time.Here's something that'll help you: http://www.wellbutrin-xl.com/?banner_s=29870333&rotation_s=13023428If you'd rather not try that: http://www.fortunebrands.com/brands/spirits.cfmHave fun!
400% is right , do the math. $1000 then $5000 now
Austin, most of us live in the "REAL WORLD". Our retirement plans do not allow us to invest in individual stocks (unless you work for that company). So please explain to me, and everyone else, how you have achieved 400% returns over the last 7 years, and in 8 more years plan to go fishing full time.
