The fact that they have made some of the right moves and their DEVELOPERS have made all the right moves, doesn't make management competent. Management is there to make sure the back end is working right, everyone else at the company isn't responsible for that. Management is. Great product selling well = profits. Management creating a support system for selling product that is so convoluted and with ridiculous executive compensation packages, and terrible margin management that takes what should be a profitable company to losing money quarter after quarter after quarter. Restructuring into a company that makes a loss quarter after quarter. Really? You think they are competent? You think they have the shareholders interest? Come on Brad.
I don't give JR credit for investing in the right areas because he invests in *every* area. And that's one of the reasons their profits and margins are so poor, and it's a major reason why their restructuring costs are so huge year after year, even though they encourage investors to ignore those as "one time", which they are not.
