Online play feature for Madden 13 GONE !!!! WII system
Don't know who to blame, EA, Nintendo or myself for not waiting to buy the game. Apparently, the ability to play others on-line has been removed. I was able to get a hold of Nintendo, to which they gave me the following answer, " The game maker is responsible to allow the feature to be played in a "head to head" setting, however it is our understanding that the "Madden 13" game does not allow for head to head play on any of the systems is it available for." Long story short, I just blew $60 for a game that will not perform the one function that 95% of people buy the game for. Just a heads up, BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to call EA tomorrow to get the full scoop and will try to post.

Wii is kinda a dead console anyway I always thought, The Wii maybe fading out and a new model coming out this christmas or something. Just sounds like theres a business reason behind it. The video game market has been kinda flakey here lately any way.

Agree that out of the three, Wii is in the most trouble. 2013 it will be the new XBOX and then the new PS3.

no one buys madden for the wii to play online, the core crowd uses xbox or ps3.

Yeah, I just got off the phone with EA and that's what they said to me. Looks like it's time for an X-box.
