Corporate America is making some big time consumer mistakes lately. First Applebee's makes a mistake by deleting Facebook posts regarding a situation between a server and a customer and now Electronic Arts
makes a abysmal mistake by launching a product (SimCity 4) prior to properly testing it. Forget about requesting a refund from the website. The link to even request customer service is down. Nice way to treat customers! This will be the last EA product I ever buy.
Bulldroppings. If they make a great game that everyone is playing and you want to play you will buy it, if buying games is your thing. Diablo had the EXACT same problems and they sold 12 million copies. Not being able to play a game without an internet connection is ridiculous. I would play simcity (if I played it) on an airplane. So now no more playing games on airplanes? Some military people are complaining, I guess their access to the internet is limited or something.
