    • I understand your excitement about AKLM, the
stock, not the company, I hold some shares. I'll buy
more when the chart looks better.

      But please
stop wasting our time with posts that contain
      speculation rather than information.

      If you read the
posts from those of us who play the stock market like
it is for keeps, not for fun, you'll see that many
of us fully expect ERTS stock to go down. Telling us
that it is going to go down isn't going to scare us or
make us think any better of AKLM. We're just waiting
for the last BUY opportunity before the fall. And in
the fall, many of us will sell the moment the annual
      slide in price begins.

      I don't care how many
games AKLM sells, if they can't deliver solid profits
consistently, they will never be ERTS.

      And the quality
of a BBS isn't measured in the raw number of posts,
it's measured in the quality of those posts. I'd
prefer to read fewer, better posts. Thanks
      you.

Now, if you have some valuable information, please
      post it.

      • I agree with Raphael. Valuable info indeed,
instead of "making fun" of ERTS for being slow into the
N64 market, realize that even though AKLM had a top 4
game in the N64 market for June (see post #442), it
still wasn't enough to put AKLM in the top TEN of ALL
video games meaning (for those that can't follow), ERTS
would rather be in the top ten of a #1 market than in
the top 4 of a #2 market. This is especially true
when the #2 market requires 3-4 times COGS. I'm
guessing if it weren't for the fact that Nintendo CAME TO
ERTS (not the other way around mind you), EA probably
wouldn't have even bothered with the market until this
year. That's not a bad thing, at least for those
        companies that focus on profitability.
