The Big Cajuna is entering the video console
industry and will compete directly with ERTS. Of course,
the BC (Microsoft) will reign as in almost all the
industries it comopetes.
With games such as Fighter
Pilot, there is not a bright future for this company.
TSC reported the earnings calendar
for the week and I didn't see ERTS on the list.
YAHOO! Finance reports the next earnings date as July
12, 1999. Thanks, YAHOO! That's very
I realize this may have already been posted, but
can someone tell me (again) when ERTS is reporting
earnings? Thanks, and good luck!
...or what? The daily price range is amazing! For
the record, I am long (and intend to be very long) on
this company, but a serious daytrader could make a
killing on this thing's volitility.
Silly me. I didn't think we'd break 65 and
covered a little too quickly, but the clear support line
was at 64.344, and we only just nicked it on the way
From here I'm hoping we'll see that nice pop up on the
earnings, which I expect will be good and December quarter
will look good. Heck, I'd like to see 75 again. We
should ultimately continue the sell-off because of
interest rates rising and hardware transition
uncertainties. At a minimum, we still need to test that 60+
I (foolishly but profitably) went long on the
break-out on the 15-minute chart (66 3/8 for me), then sold
it and went short again at the close. What a great
Best of luck to all.
I like it. I like it a lot. EBAY AMZN correct,
but ERTS will come back. Looking for a move to low
60s high 50s.
Some of ERTS titles did a little
worse than expected. Like Mayhem. Attitude kicked its
butt. Word is that ERTS also paid handsomely for the
licence. Also bear in mind that Final Fantasy revs are
split with Square Soft and the rights outside of the US
belong to EIDOS. ERTS still doing great though, but I
prefer to moderate my enthusiasm and get more cautious
after a big run up like we had.
This shows a typical bearish triangle breakdown
pattern with high volume:
near term support seems to be at 58.
