My impression is that although it's cool that some great things may happen over the coming months, the financials/ balance sheet here (from assets to liabilities) are going in the wrong direction in pretty much every possible way over time.
I guess I'm looking to be convinced that the challenges will be overcome by tangible results. Also concerned about possible future dilution to raise capital in case things don't move as fast or smoothly as hoped. Thanks!
You haven't gotten very far in your DD apparently. If you had, you would have found that the company has been refraining from any significant financings while it awaits the potentially lucrative outcome of its arbitration with Valeant. Anacor could very well end up with hundreds of millions in damages and/or very high percentage royalties on sales of Valeant's upcoming toe fungus drug.
