    • Looks like it. On surface it looks like they are overpaying, but with the BOD having such a huge insider stake in CECE, I'd say they know something the market does not.

    • I agree. Very interesting. As I am sure is the case with everyone else here. I have experienced acquisitions that have been wildly successful and great failures. The latter predominates, for smaller companies like CECE at least. But I am still analyzing this.
