The answer to your question would depend on the perceived value by the public: The article below (from yesterday) only touches on the kind of money that can go into play if the government (federal and states) start cranking down on more clinics and medical facilities who do not follow safe medical practices in their procedures. The medical facility in this article was given a very short time to take corrective action - the easiest of which would be to call VSCI ASAP and seek their help by signing a nice $$$$ contract.

    They are in different markets. Besides, VSCI sold MDT that line of business as they focus on other medical segments. VSCI is the inventor and patent holder and has the know how to improve on their technology. MDT has nothing, but the sales channel when it comes to VSCI technology/area of expertise.
