I just talked to Sean Moran (Director of NVIV Finance)
In response to the falling pps, he said "hang in there"... they've recieved no negative FDA news and *when* the FDA approval occurs, their pps will be 4-5 dollars in his opinion. He sounded very positive. I just called his number and he answered.
I am reading your post incredulously! If you are telling the truth and not a hired tout it is all the more amazing! In this day of Sarbane/Ox, what officer of any public company would ever dare issue a buy recommendation (with a price target yet) on their own stock. To do such against SEC regs, and would leave the company totally exposed to liability if investors lost money thinking it will go to "4.00" by having a company's insider having stated such. You sir, (if the corporate counsel is doing their job) may have just threatened Mr Moran's career!
Also, with the FDA there is NEVER a "when" only an IF.
I'm sure if you called InVivo, you could get his number (even Frank's I bet) and call him for yourself. If I understood him correctly, early 2013 is what they're shooting for and no negative FDA news has been recieved. Just normal FDA processing timeline.
