    NVIV bleedoff just impatience imo

BIO investors like to move to what's running. Obvious that FDA wanted more info and now we don't know when they asked for the info and more importantly, we don't know when or if the info was provided back to the FDA to get the 45 day clock restarted. Even though I'm long and hate to say it, I believe most companies would put out a PR "AFTER" they have responded back to the FDA and we haven't seen that yet. So IMO, NVIV hasn't responded yet, and we haven't restarted that 45 day clock yet. I hope I'm wrong, but that's just the way it looks to me. I don't see what it would hurt for NVIV to update their shareholders since obviously they missed the 1st 45 day window??? All imo, do your own dd

    • Bleed off is some impatience, but it does have the appearance that someone is playing a little game with this stock. The moves especially toward the end of day seem to follow a pattern. A pattern of someone trying to move this stock methodically lower. It does go hand in hand with the bashing that suddenly appears on this board. Just a hunch, but I'm taking this as a buying opportunity. Trying to add some with each ten cent drop. This strategy did pay off during the last sell off. However, I would like to see a bit of a rebound already. It's getting a bit stressful.

    • So essentially we are waiting to see if the Miami Project is successful with their trials, albeit without the scaffold? What will it cost INVIVO for their proposed trials for 5-individuals and will they have the cash left in the bank to follow through by June?

      Sentiment: Hold

      • The success of the Miami Project does not necessarily mean NVIV is to late to the game. Remember the scaffold is designed and meant to be placed ASAP after an injury occurs. The Miami project is using Schwann cells which are cultured and grown from the patients own cells. This process takes weeks, and the goal is to implant them after 26-42 days. If the scaffold is successful, it would actually eliminate the need to perform a Schwann cell implant. If anything they can be used together at different phases of injury to maximize pt outcomes. The scaffold is a device that has immediate impact if placed before the injury has time to set in via swelling and scarring. So if the tissue is more viable or even saved because of the scaffold, the Schwann cell therapy may be more effective or not needed at all. Also, the Miami Project has already discussed teaming up with NVIV. This may be so they can utilize the scaffold as an implantation device for their Schwann cells.

    • It's just very frustrating and disappointing. Doesn't Frank realize the agita he is inducing in the investors? This has really been many months of a manic-depressive stock, and it tends to wear people out. I wish they would sh.. or get off the pot and get us some kind of meaningful update. They apparently still cannot understand the SIMPLE concept that sharing an honest short term setback is far better than silence. I am confident that this company is totally legitimate and has an awesome future potential, but I have seen this kind of peculiar behavior from questionable pinksheet companies and they need to step up to the plate with more professionalism. This is getting very annoying.
