    • Hey everyone,
I'm a new investor (not just in NVIV) and have been a bit of a lurker on these boards for a couple months. I was just reading the seeking alpha article discussing NVIV's warrant liability and how it is the only impediment to NVIV uplisting to an exchange. I'm trying to figure out how long it would take for a future uplisting assuming that the NVIV can remove enough warrant liability by May 6th, which is when the warrant exchange window ends. Does anyone have any idea?

      • The author of the Seeking alpha article compared NVIV's warrant situation to that of Organovo, but Organovo hasn't uplisted yet and has been working for several months (since November, based on the article) on decreasing their warrant liability which is a lot bigger than NVIV's (35 million vs 15 million). I'd imagine that NVIV would be able to reduce their warrant liability quicker than Organovo's since the number is smaller. But as a result, the Organovo comparison doesn't really help answer what we can expect from the process (timeline to uplist, speculation on the size of the bump from uplisting, how quickly after uplisting will the company's visibility increase, etc). If anybody can point to another biotech company that has gone through the entire warrant liability reduction/uplisting process, I'd be very grateful.
