amateurobama, here is some food for thought: show me a stock, in last 10 years, that issued a secondary right before an Uplisting? If you are just day trading, nice try! If you are shorting for a longer term gain, I worry about what the balance sheet will look like after warrants conversion/uplisting for hungry Institutional buyers. If you are just selling and taking some profits off and trying to buy in again lower, have fun with that. If you are a hedgie driving the price down to buy lower, we all thank you for doing all the work for us, so we can grab some more before next PR. We all know this downside price risk laughable in light of recent milestones, and near term catalysts.
You said, "already has just over 90 million fully diluted".
Try reading instead of lying: Turn to page 41 of the 10K for December 31, 2012:
The last line states, "65,881,122" shares outstanding as of 12/31/2012, which if you scroll up, assumes all of the warrants get converted.
At least if you are trying to manipulate sentiment, make vague allegations. Your outright lies are too easy to smack down.
