liar and a half, the outstanding warrants were supposed to fund operations and help with uplisting, and clean up the balance sheet, now he registers for 100m shelf? what the hell is going on there? extremely dissappointed--why not wait 6 months until trial underway and uplisting occurred, what's the rush?
Why do you jump to negative spin conclusions? IMO, all this is is to provide some preparation for the future - maybe tied in to the up-listing. At a $4.50 price (reasonable expectation) we're talking about 22 million shares. One would imagine a large buying influx at and after up-listing. I don't see any rush indicated here? Figure the company is getting $15 to 20 million via the warrants plus the ~$10 million they already had, yes there's plenty of cash. That's why you are reading this filing wrong. It is connected to the near term uplist. Chill out.
