this companies intellectual property, any guess's ? Patents, years of research, not to mention being pretty much the only one in the game ! These are actual assets , unrealized but very real and very valuable ..... This company is not going out of business. They are here for the duration.. with or without a partner..most likely with. Those patents have to be worth a fortune to the right company .. Any thoughts ? Taking into account some members on this board, let try again ... Any intelligent thoughts come to mind ?
Frank Reynolds name is on those patents too, yet he is no longer with InVivo. What if Langer quits the board of directors next? Now how would those patent rights be divided if the company were hypothetically to sell their patents? Serious answers only, no pumps or bashes. Back up what you say.
