The tell, besides today's volume, which was very healthy, but not as great as I would like to see, was today's closing share price. CBLI hasn't closed above $3.50, much less $3.60, or $3.70, in months. The combo of the increased volume, and the highest close in literally several months, looks to be a real tip of the hat of good things to come. For those waiting on the sidelines, you've just gotten two big signals go off oday in the increasd volume, and the highest close in months. What else are you waiting for ? Wait too long and you'll end up chasing a runaway train.
The company is continuing to work on the BARDA submission but the real reason for this spike IMHO is that Roswell is about to begin the cancer trials with 502 at any moment. If there is any success in making the cancers dissapear as they did in the lab, who knows where we could be in a month. Word is probably leaking out from the people involved in the testing.
My timeline for a decent, or big, return on this stock is May of this year. Now that the president has signed the defense bill, and Iran is rattling it's sabre, the likelihood of a BARDA procurement soon, is good, IMO. So, I wait.
