this is a great value play right here for 1.25 a share, I mean come on, it doesnt hurt to keep 10k or so shares of this around just in case... Im not for a war, or nuclear meltdown in some over populated city in the middle of the night with inward winds... as far as your trying to find the "bottom" good luck... i have always gone by the saying, dont try and catch a falling knife.
