Was this buy out even thought through?

I mean did this consortium of investors think that shareholders were gonna be wowed by 11.75? I feel like the scrutiny that the offer brings, along with the blatant and purposeful depression of the pps since the offer was made, has made me want to hold, if not buy, even more. Dude, theres an 11.75 offer on the table and we're trading 70 cents lower! hy? 17-19 bucks seems like a fair price to me.

    • I agree, why anyone would be selling now?...$11.75 is way too low imo. I think the $50 mill GA invested in alibaba in 2011 is behind this buyout. Alibaba will be huge and i feel they don't want to share the profits with the rest of us shareholders. Show me at least $15, then i'll think about selling (i like your $17-19 idea too)

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
