Shakeout? Maybe. No real reason for it, but MU never needs one does it? ;-) In any case I expect from now until end of year the pps will be subject to this sort of thing just because investors/traders are a twitchy bunch in the best of times and they'll be looking to make sure profits are (or stay) locked in according to whatever metrics they live by. It should make for quite the roller coaster ride...
Only thing I could find was a story today in Digitimes saying SK Hynix starts full-scale mass production of 16nm NAND flash and that SK Hynix has also developed 128Gb (16-gigabytes, 16GB) MLC chips based on the specification and endurance of 16nm 64Gb MLC, with mass production scheduled for early 2014.
