    Terra Nostra Engages Prominent New York Law Firm as Special Counsel for Major Exchange Listing

    LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, April 17, 2007 � Terra Nostra Resources Corporation (OTCBB:TNRO) today announced the engagement of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP as special counsel to assist the Company in applying for a listing on a major U.S. Stock Exchange. Management of the Company has determined to actively pursue a listing on the New York Stock Exchange or such other major U.S. Stock Exchange that legal counsel may recommend. Terra Nostra will be working closely with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP to fulfill all requirements and advance the listing process.
