    #$%$

All I can think of is that we are being purposly driven down in order for the few to pick away at low priced shares so that they don't drive this puppy up too fast? This could be the low before the run up?

    Good Luck to All

    • Could it be the lawsuit? I have not seen anything about it on this board. Convatec is suing Alliqua and several employees personally. This includes Brad Barton, the company's COO. The lawsuit claims Barton signed a separation agreement when he left Convatec, which included a statement that he would not try to hire any Convatec employees that had current non-compete contracts. It looks like the team Alliqua built has a few Convatec people.

      • ConvaTec is so desperate the only way they can make money is to sue. If they treated their employees better, they would not jump ship. Last time I knew, they were under employment at will which works both ways. They do not blink once to fire long term employees yet expect some extended level of loyalty. I believe they only hired 2 or 3 ex ConvaTec people and they were not going to be calling on the same customers that they called on while with ConvaTec. Again Convatec is desperate and was hoping someone would step forward to purchase them but with their current FDA issue with FlexiSeal and most of their good and great people fired or jumping ship. No one is interested. Very sad but I do not feel sorry for them. Its called Karma.

        Sentiment: Buy

      • What if those old employees contacted Barton? This is now about freedom. Maybe he's a nice guy and they want to work for him and last I checked, indentured servitude was outlawed along with slavery. Maybe Convatec stinks to work for.
If this isn't a patent infringement, load em up....................
