Why rain on a good day? Any recall is not good, but one has to determine the nature of the recall. It is better to recall than not to recall if there "potentially" a problem - but most likely not. Would you call that good customers service? I would call that good cutomer service, right? Customer comes First, right? Hey Folks, most likely there is nothing to worry about, BUT, possibly something may happen, but probably won't. I'm glad that TM is looking after us, right?
