FVE has spent over $400 million buying properties. They also have over $1 billion in leased properties. Occupancy is finally starting to improve. Market cap is only $160 million. That is less than 1/2 of the $400 million they spent on properties.
The greater fool theory comes to an end at some point. If ceo doesn't execute and increase stock price for shareholders, it will be next to impossible for him to do another secondary and keep paying himself over 1 million a year.
He has grown the company 5x in revenue since he was CFO and the stock is down from 10 to 3 - great job fellas pay yourself some more
Time to put up some results. FVE was the worst performer last year in their space and the same is true this year. gotta love these guys - tails they win, heads we lose...
They generate a ton of cash with great properties but manage to destroy shareholder value whenever possible - thanks again...
It looks like she is from Portnoy's old shop - Sullivan & Worcester - smart with m&a experience, but strengthening the rmr grip...SNH should just fold FVE into its TRS @ $6 and call it a day - wildly accretive for SNH and gets rid of a micro cap company no one cares about
