Investing in water is like investing in gold. The difference is water stocks are real cheap and water is fast becoming a scarce commodity which means there is a long runup coming just like what happened with gold.
That's what I keep telling myself, but I wish I'd bought in December 2008 ($9.45) instead of April 2008 ($22.50). Looking at the ratings for PIO, I keep wondering if I'm not just being stubborn in not unloading it. There's not much beyond "what seems apparent" to hang onto.
