As I understand Matrix's analysis, They do it strictly based on passed numeric indicators, so Gillette, Army contracts don't help PMTI and Cutr's possible loss of the lawsuit doesn't impact their analysis. HOWEVER, that's just my understanding, nothing concrete.
Actually, your understanding is correct. I was just taking a cheap shot. Didn't think their methodology made much sense for PMTI at this particular time, with so many major developments in the hopper. I don't think they earned any new clients with that call.
1) they are paid by investors in CUTR (these are interested in higher CUTR-stock)
2) they want to create pressure on PMTI-stock for the shorts to cover (shorts as the ones giving the order to do so ?!)
3) they speculate on a positive outcome of the trial for CUTR
4) there might be an outcome of the trial in the way of a compromise = i.e. CUTR settling for some mio US $ to be paid to PMTI. In that case the CUTR stock could go up heavily as the company stays in business in a healthy way.
