Top executives have to cut their salaries. Cut the fat at the top and let it trickle down to everyone else. There is no other way. trickle down economics and trickle up poverty do not work.
cap the ceo salary at 100k and the rest of his compensation should be based on performance. Cut the compensation of the board in half. Cut the compensation of the top 20 executives by 75 percent.
