doubt it. Remember, BB&T switched from buy to hold in the 14's. In the 12's, that translates into a buy. Shares fell out of weak hands and are now being scooped up by those who can see a little further down the road. It would not surprise me if BB&T sold a week ago and replenished last night and this morning. Ka ching.
