Any thoughts on this? I know that some posters on this board felt that he was in control of the company. In that he was not Chairman or CEO, I'm not sure why that would be, but everyone is entitled to an opinion. Anyway, it looks like he stomped off angry. I have no opinion about him, one way or the other.
The Kerri Anderson they mentioned that is on the board. I believe was envolved in the Wendys, Arbys merger. Maybe she can negoiate a sale of CQB. Company is pretty cheap, when you consider its selling for 8 times forward earnings and a discount of 25% to bookvalue.
