These dogs will never hunt. CQB needs new dogs (and maybe some of the "old" ones who got out) for the hunting to begin. The industry is tough, no doubt, but to deal with it requires strategic thinking combined with knowledgeable and engaged management and operations, and above all, strong leadership. I'm afraid the current dogs are overly focused on marketing, thinking that the company can drive demand and that demand will fix the industry issues and make sound operations even more unimportant than CQB already treats them. Ain't gonna happen.
