It seems to me that Sun Capital is exploiting this company as a separate entity, by taking as much out of the company as they possibly can, and leaving the shareholder holding the bag. After they sold almost half of the company to public investors, to get most of their investment back, they turn around an declare a special $3.60 a share dividend for a total of 70 millions dollars that they had to raise by mortgaging Gman not Sun Capital, by netting Sun capital 35 million dollars by putting gman further in debt! Ever since than, the stock has continued to drop to historic levels. With huge debt and slow sales, you are playing with fire now!
Sure, Sun Cap has already got its money back, but please tell me why Sun Cap (with 50% ownership) would let GMAN die intentionally. Maybe GMAN can't survive due to competition, but I am thinking of buying in the mid-$2s as a bet more than an investment..
