Oh I know, there are many who think if I don't have silver dollars buried in my back yard I really don't own silver. And that when the society breaks down you are going shopping at walmart and safeway with your silver dollars while everyone else starves. I think you people were clowns then and clowns now. ETF's represent and reflect the value of silver and so f'n what if I have to redeem it for cash?? I will be holding that cash for less than 5 minutes before it goes back into other commodities or foreign currency.
"I am leaning toward 35% and am currently at 28.5%"

Now, as for funds, you should sell SLV, SIVR and buy SVRZF.PK (or even CEF), if your brokerage allows it. SVRZF.PK is of the same family as CEF, with a 45 year record of transparency and confidence. It actually holds the bullion in an allocated, segregated, unencumbered basis. Plus, the premium is just 0-1%, a gift.
